About the Caravan

1 Double ensuite and 1 Twin/double with plenty storage and all bedding included Livingroom/Dining and kitchen with all appliances and an air frier/toaster for added convenience. Gas cooker, full sized fridge freezer. Furnished to a high spec with subtle colours to create a homely country feel. Gas central heating and an electric Fireplace for evening ambience. 32 inch LCD smart tv with freeview you can link your phone to log into your Netflix or Youtube as there is no WIFI on site. BURNSIDE PARK, located in a wooded glen with the stream running towards the Spey river just a mile downriver also just off the bypass .. With a reception, entertainment hall (mostly Saturdays BYOB), swing park for small children, laundry and a sundeck behind the main building. Wild Rabbits and many birds live here all year round.

Terms & Rules

Cancellation

Cancellations – 1st Day paid as a non-refundable deposit on all bookings and covers all cancellations with no exceptions. Within 2 weeks 50% of all payments made or £90  (whichever is GREATER) made will be refunded to the account of the lead person who made the payments.

Additional Rules Information

  1. Absolutely no smoking in the caravan or on the Decking area. Also no outdoor shoes on the carpets Please! Leave on the mat and shelves inside the door, thank you ❤️
  2. All heating and cooking appliances to be switched off if leaving the caravan.🔥
  3. No unlisted guests to stay overnight. Maximum of 4 persons only as reserved.🤔
  4. Any dogs booked in must be properly house trained and fully adult (over 1 year and all puppy teeth gone).  We all have dog family members and know how they like a sneaky chew!.  Please pick up all mess and put in the metal bins💩 opposite. Dogs must be walked on leads within the campsite but there is a large forest just next door!🐕‍🦺
  5. Please be considerate of our neighbours, many of whom we have lifetime relationships with and are very friendly. Please keep any noise down to a minimum after 9p.m.😴
