Cancellations – please see below.
note – if holiday is cancelled within 30 days (30 days or more notice, you will only lose 5%)
Otherwise you will most likely lose some or all of your payment, if less than 30 days notice given.
However if we manage to take another booking for the dates you cancel, the maximum you will lose is 5%.
We are strictly no smoking in the caravan, (if it’s found that this rule has been broken, you will lose your deposit!)
shoes must also be removed within the entrance area. if the carpets get marked due to this being ignored, again deposit will not be refunded. And may incur an extra cost!
no pets.
any damages must be paid for,
we ask that you leave the caravan in a clean and tidy state, as you found it.
