Ts&Cs for The Beach House
Parking:
Park to the right of the caravan – leave enough grass space for you to use.
Things to bring:
Bedding! This includes 2 x single sheets and 1 x kingsize sheet 1 x double sheet (depending on number of people
staying), duvets, pillows and covers or sleeping bags. There are mattress protectors on each bed –
please make sure they remain.
Toilet roll, kitchen roll, kitchen foil, tea bags/coffee, oven gloves, squash, sauces, make up, sun
cream, plasters and painkillers/medication.
Things in the The Beach House for you to use:
Fridge (with icebox), microwave, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, baking trays (x2), saucepans (x2), fring
pan (x1), utensils (x3), plastic jug cutlery, dinner set, mugs (8 of each) normal glasses (x7), wine (7x)
and gin glasses(x4), bottle opener, can opener, a long handled dustpan and brush, hoover, mop and
a clothes airer (hangs on window ledge). There is foil, salt, pepper, olive oil, cleaning products, a dish sponge, washing up liquid etc
There is a Smart TV (you can watch Freeview or tether to your device for Netflix etc) and a Bluetooth speaker (to use – switch on, hold the Layen sync button on the Bluetooth button until it beeps – search for Layen Sync in your Bluetooth to connect. Note you must press the button each time a new device is linked). There’s also a second Bluetooth speaker you can use outside. 1 device can
sync with it at a time. There’s a some books, magazines and games. There are 2 USB points in the living room and 2 in the main bedroom.
WIFI IS IN THE ADVENTURE VILLAGE ONLY.
Things outside The Beach House to use:
Outside wooden table and 4 chairs to use on the grass area (decking too small for now!).
A BBQ – please use your own disposable BBQs on top of the grill. We won’t clean the grill anymore
than you will lol! Be aware we don’t have picnic plates / cups!
Note that this is a cul-de-sac, so fairly quiet for playing and scooting around. Obviously there are
cars coming in and out – BE AWARE!
Nearest shops – Mini Mart on site (with Costa machine). There is a Lidls and a small Co-Op in the
town along with a chemist and vets.
