A Few Things to Help You Settle In:

• Wi-Fi: Stay connected! Network name and password can be found on the device.

• Heating : The heater controls are located in the cupboard on your right as you enter. Please turn the first dial from left to water and heater if you wish to use both, or just to water if its hot and you don’t wish to use the heater. This kick starts the heating process. Then choose the temperature you want the water and heater with the next two dials clearly indicated. Dial up and down to regulate temperature.

• Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Feel free to use the coffee maker, toaster, and other appliances. Help yourself to the tea and coffee provided! Basic cleaning items like kitchen towel, dishwashing liquid, carpet stain cleaner, multi-surface cleaner etc are provided for use.

• Utensils : kept in drawers, cupboard next to oven, storage space above kitchen sink and also on the right and left of the kitchen exhaust.

• Fridge : We have left some consumables in the fridge for you to enjoy. This is my family home so we sometimes leave some goodies to share with our guests.

• Sleeping : Other than the bedrooms you have a sofa bed in the living room to use. Its an easy pull out and push back system. There is also an extra small mattress tucked behind the sofa for use.

• Linen : We have laid out fresh duvets and linen. There are extra duvets and clean covers the cupboard in the main bedroom, if needed.

• Bathroom: Fresh towels and basic toiletries are ready for you to use

• Reading lights : Bedroom have main lights as well as reading lights located underneath the headboard – easy to miss them, but not once you know where! Main bedroom have bed side (touch sensitive) lamps.

• TV : You can use your Amazon account to log in and stream Netflix, Prime, YouTube, BBC Iplayer.

• Games/ books/ rock painting : please feel free to use during your stay with us.

• Outdoor chairs : There are two camping chairs in the living room. Some more in the

sheds at the back of the caravan.

• Miscellaneous items if you need it – first aid plaster in kitchen drawer, first aid kit and useful items in bathroom, torch, umbrella and one raincoat.

• Deliveries : Use this address : Caravan 76, Avenue 7, Bigbury Holiday Park, Challaborough, TQ7 4HS. Note all deliveries take place at the reception near the gates. Please arrange with delivery so they can inform you when they have arrived and you can go pick up your delivery.

• Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the caravan. Use the space outside.

• Could you please help by not taking muddy footwear onto the carpeted areas?  Sometimes stains do happen – there is carpet cleaner under sink if need be 🙂

• Also, f you feel there is a chance the sofas might get dirty can you use the pretty bedcovers in the cupboard in the main bedroom to cover the sofas.

• We love pets, however unable to welcome them as a member of my family has severe allergies. Apologies to Woof! Meowws!

Emergency:

• In case of an emergency, there will be a local number provided.

• There is a fire extinguisher in the kitchen in the shelves next to the drawer. First aid kit is placed in the bathroom.

• For any issues or questions, feel free to contact me on the number and email provided at the end of this email.

Departure:

• Kindly strip of the linen and place them in/ near the wash bag along with used towels.

• If you can kindly clean up the utensils used that would be super helpful. Please tie up the dustbin bag and leave in the dustbin so it can be removed easily. Extra black and white dustbin bags extra are available in the kitchen.

• Ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked.

• Turn off all the heater dials

• Please leave the keys in the lockbox / hand over as communicated to you during booking communications.
